Internships
The C&S Companies' Internship Program is designed to engage college students in the practical application of a major technical study and to familiarize interns with the interactions and requirements of the A/E industry. Internships are designed to introduce and build essential hands on skills that differ from those attained in the academic arena and help to enhance the transition from student to professional.
Interns are assigned duties that will provide a broad, well-rounded learning experience within their chosen disciplines.
Internship opportunities are available at most C&S locations. To apply, please visit our job fair calendar and meet us in person. To qualify, you must meet the following specific education and experience requirements.
Education Required—Currently pursuing a degree in one of the following programs:
- Architecture
- Civil Engineering
- Fire Protection Engineering
- Electrical Engineering
- Environmental Engineering
- Mechanical Engineering
- Structural Engineering
- Construction Management
- Planning
A minimum of 60 credit hours must be completed. CAD coursework is a plus.
Experience Required:
Previous internship experience and/or involvement as an active member of related engineering membership group. CAD experience is a plus.
