Vacation Time & Holidays
Vacation—Vacation time is provided on a graduated scale depending on years of service with C&S.

Holidays—Holiday pay is provided by C&S for the following days:

  • New Year’s Day
  • Memorial Day
  • Independence Day
  • Labor Day
  • Thanksgiving Day
  • The day after Thanksgiving
  • Christmas Day

Leaves
Sick Leave—Paid sick time is a benefit given to all full-time and project-oriented employees when they are unable to work due to illness.

Personal Time—Paid personal time is a benefit given to employees with prior approval for personal matters that can not be conducted during work hours.

Insurance
Health & Dental—Health and dental insurance coverage is offered to all full-time and project specific employees and their immediate families on an employer/employee shared premium basis.

Life—Life insurance coverage is provided with premiums paid by C&S.

Long-Term Disability—Long-term disability is provided with premiums paid by C&S.

Supplemental Life—Supplemental life insurance is offered to employees at a reduced group rate.

American Family Life Assurance (AFLAC) Cancer—AFLAC insurance policies are available for employees to purchase and help bridge the gap between group health insurance plan coverage and the high costs of medical and non-medical cancer treatment.

Advancement
Performance Appraisals & Salary Reviews—A formal performance appraisal and salary review process is administered at C&S for each employee and conducted during the month of their anniversary.

Career Ladders—Career ladders are available for employees to easily view the skills, experience, and qualifications necessary to take the next step in their career at C&S.

Retirement & Incentive Programs
401(K) Plan—C&S offers staff members the option to enroll in the companies 401(k) plan. We offer a voluntary, limited matching contribution.

Profit Sharing Plan & Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP)—If earnings permit, a discretionary fund will be put aside to be distributed to all eligible C&S employees to their 401k account or a contribution will be made to the ESOP.

Employee Choice Plan—This flexible spending account allows employees to set aside pretax dollars for un-reimbursed health care and/or dependent care costs.

Liberty Mutual Group Discount Plan—C&S employees have the option to obtain group discounts on auto, home, and life insurance through Liberty Mutual nationwide.

Employee Referral Program—Employees are eligible to receive bonus amounts up to $1,000 for referring candidates through our Employee Referral Program.

Article Writing Program—C&S will reward “extra effort” with a cash bonus of up to $500 for papers/articles published in professional journals, local or national media sources, or any substantial writings for seminars/conferences or presentations.

Continuing Education & Training
Tuition Assistance—Tuition assistance will be provided to staff members who seek to continue their education as it pertains to their position.

On-Site Training—Paid training opportunities are offered regularly on-site at C&S and open for all staff members to attend, space permitting.

Off-Site Training—C&S encourages staff members to attend seminars, conferences, and conventions as it pertains to their position. Expenses attributable to functions are 100% paid with prior management approval.

Other Offerings—Additionally, C&S offers leadership programs, management training, and team building opportunities to further encourage professional growth.

Health & Wellness
Health Club Reimbursement—C&S will reimburse 50% of the cost of a single health club membership, up to $200 year.
