The Sound Insulation Coordinator will work in support of the San Diego International Airport QuieterHome Program. Knowledge of residential renovation and thorough familiarity with Microsoft Office products, AutoCAD, and general computer aptitude is required. Familiarity with HVAC design and installation is a plus. Responsibilities include participating in design assessments in individual homes with a team of architects and engineers, providing construction administration support and completing paperwork and forms.
Required Skills
- Experience using MS Office products including MS Word and Excel is required, Powerpoint is a plus.
- Familiarity with CADD is preferred.
- Familiarity with HVAC design.
- Excellent customer service and organizational skills are required.
- Motivated, self starter with superb communication skills is required.
- Ability to work on multiple projects consecutively.
- Minimum of Associates Degree in Applied Science or equivalent Technical Degree in a related field required.
- 1 -3 years of related experience required.
