Delaney Becomes Program Management Professional
The C&S Companies are proud to announce that Joe Delaney, P.E., CCM, LEED AP, has obtained his Program Management Professional (PgMP) certification from the Project Management Institute. The PgMP credential recognizes demonstrated experience, skill and performance in oversight of multiple, related projects that are aligned with an organizational strategy. Delaney is one of just 250 PgMPs in the United States and 400 worldwide.
Delaney is vice president and general manager of C&S’s construction and program management company, which is currently managing more than $900 million in construction projects in Central New York. He is a licensed professional engineer, certified construction manager, and LEED accredited professional. Delaney received both bachelor’s and master’s degrees from the State University of New York at Buffalo.
