Rivera Joins Orlando Office as Managing Engineer
C&S is excited to announce the addition of Frank Rivera, P.E., as a managing engineer in C&S’s Orlando office. Frank brings 24 years of experience with engineering and project management services to a variety of clients in the aviation, transportation, commercial and residential development, industrial, educational and healthcare industries. His experience includes power distribution, lighting, communication, structured wiring, flight information systems, baggage information systems and fire alarm design.
At C&S, Frank is responsible for managing the Facilities Department in the Southeast, including project management, design, scheduling, and budget and quality control for mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection projects. Frank’s background is as an electrical engineer, specializing in power distribution, lighting, communication, and life safety. He is a licensed professional engineer in Florida, Georgia, Alabama, Louisiana, North Carolina, Vermont, New York, and Pennsylvania.
