SV Engineering Consultants, located in Temecula, CA, recenlty joined the C&S Companies. The merger combines C&S’s national reputation and depth of resources with SV’s local talent and knowledge.

SV’s Eric Saenz, P.E., and Rich Vaughn will continue as leaders in the Temecula office, managing the same dedicated staff and growing the practice with additional personnel, service areas, and geographic reach.

Eric is the department manager for C&S’s Temecula office and oversees the coordination and management of engineering and operations throughout the region. Eric is a licensed professional civil engineer in California and Washington, and has more than 15 years of experience within the public and private sector. He has extensive experience in land development, from initial feasibility analysis and conceptual design to final documentation and construction. Eric has successfully managed and accomplished entitlement, design, and permitting of large residential developments, retail developments, and capital improvement projects throughout Riverside and San Bernardino counties.

Rich Vaughn, Managing EngineerRich Vaughn

Rich oversees the day-to-day production operations of all Temecula-based projects. A former principal of SV, Rich brings more than 25 years of experience in civil design, public works, and construction management. He has spent the past 12 years working on projects in the local area, including Riverside County and multiple cities in Southern California. Rich has worked on residential, commercial, school and retail projects in Southern California and Scottsdale, Arizona. He also has several years of experience with one of the largest water district municipalities in southern California, where he was involved with more than $20 million in construction projects, ranging from water transmission pipeline and reclaimed water storage facilities to water booster stations and water reservoir storage facilities.
