The millwrights, riggers, and ironworkers at C&S perform system installation, repair, rebuilding, and modification of a variety of manufacturing equipment and conveying systems, including:

- Most other types of manufacturing support equipment
Our craftsmen also support system and equipment start-up and maintenance activities.
C&S employs a multi-crafted workforce that performs a number of millwrighting services from plant maintenance to turnkey equipment installations, including:
- System teardowns and rebuilds
- Response to emergency shut-downs
- Installation of upgrade components
- Gearbox rebuilds, bearing replacement, roller replacement, new system assembly
