Process Piping Installation and Fabrication
C&S's experienced fitters, fabricators, and certified welders regularly perform all facets of piping replacement and installation. C&S has staff who are certified in both welding and HVAC disciplines.
Our abilities include threaded, soldered, or welded installation of:
- Carbon steel and stainless steel including tubing
- PVC, CPVC, HDPE, FRP
- Lined steel and copper
- Thermoplastic welding
- Pneumatic or hydraulic conveying systems
- Welded, soldered, or threaded installations from tubing to large-diameter pipe
Our technicians are experienced with chemical conveying and food processing systems, as well as water, wastewater, steam, condensate, and other process-intensive applications. Along with our mechanical installation expertise, full process installation projects are easily accomplished with our rigging and millwrighting crews.
Experienced C&S project managers and craftsmen have a depth of expertise that ensures successful boiler installation projects. C&S is experienced in:
