Our approach to project management is a proactive process of communication, follow through, and documentation. We begin projects with a kickoff meeting that includes the owner and key members of the C&S team. This meeting provides a forum to confirm the project scope, mutually identify additional objectives, and help initiate a process of open communication and joint decision making. Beyond the initial kickoff meeting, several progress meetings will be scheduled to ensure our design intent continues to stay in line with the client's expectations.
