Fire Suppression Systems

Water-Based Fire Suppression

The life safety professionals at C&S have extensive education, training, and experience in the design of water-based fire suppression systems. Whether it be small, large, wet, dry, storage applications, or any other type of system using water as the primary extinguishing agent, C&S conducts detailed designs for every system, including full piping and sprinkler head layouts, hydraulic calculations, pipe hanging/seismic bracing calculations and detailing, fire protection room layouts, riser layouts and detailing, fire pump sizing and layout/detailing, and backflow prevention layout/detailing. Additionally, C&S witnesses and directs all final system testing, commissioning, and owner training to ensure the system is ready for service at the completion of the project.
