Site Development
C&S provides planning and engineering services to commercial, retail, and residential developers. Services include obtaining zoning and site approvals from appropriate municipal boards, presenting at public hearings, addressing potential environmental issues in the SEQR review process, and designing site utilities, gradings, parking layouts, and site access. We have developed excellent working relationships with representatives from the various regulatory and permitting agencies, providing for timely and efficient project reviews and approvals.
C&S has years of experience assisting municipalities and developers with their infrastructure management, including the investigation, analysis, study, rehabilitation, design, and construction observation of both public and private sanitary sewer, water, and storm drainage facilities. We provide review, design, coordination, inspection, and construction management services to municipalities and private developers.
