Once a project or a phase of the project is substantially complete, that portion of the project enters the closeout phase. Our field staff coordinate and complete closeout activities and requirements from the field office. After completion, any remaining closeout documents are expedited from our main office. Final closeout is completed and final payments is issued to contractors only after the project team agrees that all contractual obligations have been met and the client is satisfied. We coordinate a warranty inspection period to ensure that issues are addressed to the client’s satisfaction.
