Since our founding, C&S has been actively engaged in all aspects of the planning, design, construction, and start-up of municipal, industrial, and private wastewater conveyance and treatment systems.
Our team is well versed in current federal and state regulatory requirements for both municipal and industrial/commercial systems. We have a proven track record in assisting clients with interpretation of existing and proposed regulations and providing assistance with renewing or obtaining permits for facilities.
Wastewater Infrastructure and Conveyance
From initial planning studies to design and construction management/oversight, our team has the expertise to plan, permit, design, and ensure proper installation of gravity and pressurized systems, as well as combined sewer overflow facilities. Our experience in pumping stations includes both large and small facilities ranging in size from less than 100,000 gallons per day to 70 million gallons per day.
Our seasoned process engineers provide evaluations and design of both new wastewater treatment facilities as well as improvements to existing facilities. Preliminary engineering services, such as comprehensive performance evaluations, development of pretreatment programs, installation of pilot treatment facilities, and general assessment of facilities, form the basis for development of detailed construction documents for these facilities. Our team has experience in implementation of small-scale package treatment plant technologies as well as large scale treatment processes for facilities with flows greater than 70 million gallons per day.
