C&S donates $250,000 to technical education programs in Syracuse schools

To celebrate fifty successful years in business, C&S closed out 2018 by donating $250,000 to the Syracuse City School District’s Career & Technical Education (CTE) program. The mission of CTE is to empower all students through innovative partnerships that build technical, academic and professional leadership skills for college and career success.

C&S’s contribution will help the program grow and serve students throughout the school district. CTE is currently in all five city high schools, offering career-focused educational programs to help students define and follow a successful career path post high-school. C&S president John Trimble currently serves on the Partnership Council for the CTE program and sees the immense value that it brings to our community: “C&S is proud to support the CTE program because we know that education is the best way to raise our community up and deliver the future that our kids deserve.”  Learn more about the CTE program here.
