Syracuse International On-Call Consultant
C&S has served as Syracuse International Airport’s general on-call consultant for more than four decades. C&S assists the airport in the overall program management of airside, landside, and terminal development projects, working with state and federal agencies, interfacing with other consultants and construction contractors, and coordinating and expediting the airport’s five-year development program. C&S provides program management services, including FAA grants administration and coordination, full-scope engineering and architectural services, construction management, airport planning and programming, environmental assessments and studies, and marketing and communication services. C&S has designed projects for nearly every part of the airport, including runways, taxiways, and aprons; terminal expansion and renovation; pavement management system; new ARFF building; master plan and ALP updates; PFC applications; commercial real estate portfolio review and market assessment; access road and parking facilities; website redesign and maintenance and ongoing marketing support.
