Maple and Pine Street Reconstruction

About the Project

The Erie County Department of Public Works is progressing the Maple and Pine Street Reconstruction Project. The purpose of this project is to rehabilitate approximately 0.4 miles of Maple Street (from North Street to Main Street) and 0.4 miles of Pine Street (from East-Aurora Porterville Road to Main Street). The project will address poor conditions on both streets by completely reconstructing the roadway including replacing the pavement, drainage system, curbing, snow storage areas, driveway aprons and sidewalk curb ramps. Additional improvements include new sidewalks on Maple Street, work on the Pine Street bridge over Tannery Brook, updating signs and pavement markings, and utility pole relocations.
