Architectural Office & Lounge Build Out

C&S Companies was selected as a General Contractor for a 10,700 square foot build out for a new architectural office in North Park San Diego. The project included design assist for working to target budget, creating options for highest and best use of the space, and working within existing building limitations. This project included new office area workstations, conference rooms, a “speakeasy” staff collaboration area, outdoor seating, and curbside frontage improvements. The project also included mechanical and roofing skylight improvements increasing natural light and mechanical cooling and ventilation.

C&S Companies was able to reduce the initial budget proposed by 14% for the owners and secured a Guarantee Maximum Price with the reduced Valie Engineering amount to help allow the owner for other Furnishings, Fixture, Equipment needs.
