Energy Efficiency Improvements at Victor Central School District

C&S designed and implemented a campus-wide energy efficiency project for the Victor Central School District. This project reduced the energy consumption by replacing numerous outdated lighting fixtures throughout the district with new LED light fixtures with L70 ratings over 92,000 hours. The LED fixtures were integrated into a state-of-the-art adaptive lighting control system capable of further energy reducing strategies, such as ambient, occupancy and scheduling functionality, all while enhancing the learning environment by enabling educators to customize the environment depending on the activities being conducted. All of these benefits were captured with no additional tax impact to the local community.

The project received a Platinum Engineering Excellence Award from the American Council of Engineering Companies.
