Hangar Complex, FBO, and Flight School Development

C&S served as the design build general contractor and engineer for a new 9.4-acre private devel­opment project at Montgomery-Gibbs Executive Airport for Coast Flight. The project utilized an inte­grated project delivery method to seamlessly deliver design through construction. C&S completed construction for six large conven­tional corporate box hangars and a 9,000-square-foot FBO flight school.

C&S led all initial planning efforts along with site layout and concep­tual design. Complete engineering services were provided by C&S staff including civil, structural, me­chanical, electrical, and plumbing engineering. This state-of-the-art facility will accommodate existing smaller general aviation aircraft and some of the specific design group II aircraft that have interest in operating in and out of Mont­gomery Field.
