MEP and Site Utility and Infrastructure Term Contracts

SUNY Cortland Campus—Designed new lighting circuits, new concrete bases, and new light poles with LED fixtures throughout campus. Also provided new pedestal-type emergency telephones.

SUNY College of Agriculture and Technology at Morrisville—C&S de­signed the replacement of ap­proximately 270 feet of MTHW lines on campus. Domestic hot water lines, approximately 500 feet of water main, and water service entrances were also replaced.

SUNY Polytechnic—C&S de­signed a new 60,000-square-foot plaza, including new gathering areas, site light­ing and landscaping, and an upgrade for an arc-shaped walkway to provide handicap access between Donovan Hall’s two entrance vestibules to existing grades at the walk­way/fire access road parallel to the Student Center. Electric, communications, storm and water utility lines and structures were replaced as necessary.

SUNY College of Technology at Delhi—C&S designed the conversion of an existing natural grass turf field to a synthetic infill turf field at SUNY Delhi. Design de­tailing and on-site field investi­gation including geotechnical investigation as well as erosion and sediment control was performed.

SUNY Brockport—C&S designed a new campus drive and drop off area for Cooper Hall including replacement of the storm sewer and new sidewalks, paving, landscaping and site lighting.

SUNY Gene­seo—C&S is currently design­ing utility improvements within College Circle and College Drive including steam, con­densate, electrical ductbank, water, sanitary sewer and storm sewer infrastructure.

SUNY New Paltz—C&S is currently developing a detailed IT infra­structure master plan to assist the campus in planning and implementation of upgrades
