Vista Lane Affordable Housing Development

C&S has contracted with MirKa Investments to provide civil engineering and general contracting services for the Vista Lane Affordable Housing Development in the San Ysidro neighborhood of South San Diego. The project boundary is approximately 193,504 square feet and will be made up of two buildings. The first with 167 family units, and the second with 117 housing units, totaling 284 affordable units.

Each ground level will have common area amenity spaces for residents to utilize. The amenity spaces include a community room, computer room, lounge/clubroom, laundry room, and a leasing/lobby area. On-grade parking will be available for residents to use as well as outdoor amenities that will be located in the various courtyards.

This project is 100% affordable, and within the transit priority area.
