C&S Appoints Champigny as National Aviation Practice Leader

The C&S Companies proudly announce that Marc Champigny, ENV SP, has been promoted to lead the firm’s national aviation practice. Previously, Champigny served as the leader of the aviation planning group, a role he has held with C&S since 2014. With over 30 years of diverse experience in the aviation industry, he now assumes strategic leadership of one of the largest aviation-focused groups in the country, comprising more than 120 professionals across 17 offices. The practice specializes in full-service aviation consulting, including planning, sustainability, design, construction administration, and residential sound attenuation.

Champigny is not only an experienced aviation professional but also a licensed private pilot. He is an active member of several prominent aviation organizations, including the American Association of Airport Executives (AAAE), Airports Council International – North America (ACI-NA), and the Airports Consultants Council (ACC), as well as various regional and state-level associations. He is currently serving on AAAE’s Corporate Committee Steering Group.
