“Delivering a high-quality travel experience depends on the shared efforts of people, companies, and communities across our industry,” said ACI-NA President and CEO Kevin M. Burke. “This year’s honorees have shown true leadership in advancing inclusive practices, supporting workforce growth, and engaging with their local communities. We’re proud to recognize their contributions to building a stronger, more connected aviation industry.”

C&S’s approach to business inclusion is rooted in industry best practices, including a strong commitment to supplier diversity. We proactively create opportunities for diverse and underrepresented firms, not only on projects with specific requirements but on every project we undertake.

Internally, our C&S I Belong initiative promotes personal and professional growth by cultivating and sustaining a safe and inclusive atmosphere where everyone can feel a sense of belonging. Through employee resource groups and targeted inclusion training, we’ve seen meaningful progress in building a more diverse and inclusive workforce. C&S is also committed to advancing STEM education through outreach programs and events that inspire the next generation of professionals. Our engagement with organizations such as the National Society of Black Engineers and the Society of Women Engineers further strengthens our recruitment efforts.

“At C&S, inclusion isn’t just a goal—it’s a responsibility we embrace every day,” said Aileen Maguire Meyer, President of C&S Companies. “We’re proud to be recognized by ACI-NA for our commitment to creating meaningful opportunities for diverse businesses and individuals across the aviation industry. This award reflects the dedication of our entire team to building a more inclusive and innovative future.”
