C&S Announces Three Vice President Promotions

C&S is proud to announce that the following employees have been promoted to vice president roles.

Vice President Bob Koller

Robert Koller, P.E., vice president, manages C&S’s aviation engineering services across the country, including both the design and construction of airport projects. He has 24 years of experience at C&S, and serves as a project manager and technical leader for some of our most complex development projects at hub airports. Internally he is focused on improvements to project delivery, quality, team collaboration, and operations. Robert is a licensed professional engineer in Michigan and Kentucky.



Vice President Joe Nadzan

Joseph Nadzan, P.E, LEED AP, vice president, manages C&S’s industrial/airport/private facilities practice. He also serves as the operations manager leading the coordination between C&S’s four vertical design groups. He has been with C&S for more than 20 years, managing a wide variety of projects for both public and private clients. His expertise is in structural design, project management, and design-build delivery. Joseph is a licensed professional engineer in numerous states and a LEED Accredited Professional.



Vice President Dan Sweetland

Daniel Sweetland, vice president, has been with C&S for 13 years and is the director of government relations. Daniel is an experienced business development and political professional with a diverse and deep background in public and private sector work. His efforts have helped further the company’s goals of growth and financial performance. Daniel manages all aspects of C&S’s government relations and represents C&S at business, community, industry, and political events.
