Meet Greg Andriano, Architect

We are so grateful for our incredible employees!⁣⁣

We proudly present our next Employee Spotlight!

Meet Greg, a dedicated member of the Architecture + Interior Design group here at C&S. He shares his expertise and enthusiasm with us on a daily basis. We’re so thankful for Greg’s positive attitude and willingness to go above and beyond in everything he does! ⁣

Where are you located?

I am located in the Orlando office.

What does a typical day at C&S look like?

Lately, incredibly busy! Having a supportive and understanding team here in Orlando, and in the Architecture + Interior Design Group, makes the busiest of time worth the hard and rewarding work.

What drew you to your career choice?

I have always enjoyed drawing and sketching ever since I was a kid. It was something my dad and I enjoyed doing together.

What motives you?

My family. My wife Amanda gave birth to our amazing and beautiful baby girl – Bonnie Melody Andriano on Wednesday, May 10th. Both are happy, healthy, and doing well. I am in awe of both of them.

What has been the proudest moment of your career?

I just passed the Architect Registration Examination (ARE) at the end of February. It was not a smooth experience for me, and it may still be fresh in my mind, but sometimes I cannot believe I passed.

What are your favorite types of projects to work on?

I enjoy working on different kinds of projects, I don’t necessarily have a favorite type yet. I’d like to be able to do a little bit of everything. My favorite projects are ones with a great, communicative and a collaborative team. Figuring things out as a team and overcoming different challenges is always extremely satisfying. Especially when you see that finished, built product.

When not at work where can you be found having fun?

Spending time with family. My wife works for Disney, so sometimes we get to visit the parks. But outside of that, watching the Yankees and staying out of the Florida heat and humidity when possible.

What destinations are on your bucket list?

Anywhere in Italy – my heritage is Italian, so it would wonderful to see where my family came from. Plus all the beautiful architecture and landscapes. Most of Europe, for the architecture and landscapes.
Australia and New Zealand and all 30 MLB ballparks. I have been to 8. I am collecting a pin from each ballpark.

What is your favorite TV Show?

Too many TV shows to name.
I love sitcoms. Top 5 (in no particular order):

  1. Scrubs
  2. Seinfeld
  3. Community
  4. Ted Lasso
  5. The Office

Thank you so much for continuing to share your talent and hard work with us – you have truly made C&S a better place, Greg!
