C&S Announces Three Vice President Promotions
C&S is proud to announce the promotion of the following employees to vice president roles. The vice president title recognizes their outstanding team leadership, business acumen, and technical expertise. Through their roles, these leaders contribute to C&S’s strategic direction by leading corporate initiatives and serving on company boards and committees. They also oversee major client relationships, represent the firm in professional and industry organizations, and support business development efforts.

Marc Champigny, ENV SP, vice president, leads C&S’s national aviation practice. He brings a strong technical background and proven leadership experience, including planning, strategic, safety, and operational services across airports of varying sizes and functions in his 30-year career. He provides stakeholder engagement, facilitation, and operational phasing expertise across many of C&S’s ongoing projects and programs. Prior to his current role, Marc successfully led and expanded C&S’s national aviation planning group. Marc also offers a unique operational perspective as a licensed private pilot, bringing firsthand insight into aircraft operations.

Nate Van Wie, vice president, leads C&S’s construction management practice. With 20 years of experience at C&S, he has led some of the firm’s most complex construction projects across New York State. Nate has a strong technical background and supports clients through each phase of the project, utilizing multiple delivery methods across a wide range of markets, including educational, industrial, and private clients, as well as local, state, and federal agencies. Internally, he is focused on building a diverse and cohesive team, enhancing service offerings, and fostering collaboration. The combination of his broad project experience, field experience, and technical expertise allows him to effectively guide teams and create value for C&S clients.

Eric Kenna, P.E., vice president, leads C&S’s Civil & Infrastructure Group. He brings more than 26 years of experience in project management and design across a broad range of market sectors. Eric oversees all aspects of project management, permitting and civil design for site development projects for both public and private sector clients. Eric is a licensed professional engineer in New York and Michigan.
