C&S Welcomes David Askinazi, PE, Managing Engineer
C&S proudly welcomes David Askinazi, PE, to our growing Rochester office. As a managing engineer, David will be leading transportation projects throughout Western New York, with a focus on highway design.
David has 34 years of experience in engineering design, management, and field construction on a wide array of site, civil, and highway projects. He provides expertise in the planning, design, and construction of transportation-related projects. David has a significant amount of successful assignments which have included full depth road reconstruction and realignment (vertical and horizontal); traffic signal design and analysis; roundabout design and analysis; waterline, storm sewer, and other underground utility installations and relocations; guiderail installation; and staged traffic control.
Our transportation team is continuing to grow due to our ability to meet and exceed our client needs and expectations. This has led to numerous project successes and additional work assignments throughout WNY and across the state, which David will help manage.
